What to do in Noosa | Your 3 Day Itinerary
Looking for the perfect escape, and what to do in Noosa? Look no further! Our 3-day itinerary is designed to showcase the best of Noosa, and our favourite local spots. Nestled in Little Cove Beach is Little Cove Court, the luxury resort that is perfectly positioned close to all the best things in Noosa. From pristine beaches, to national parks and local boutiques, each day promises and new and memorable experience.
Day 1
Check In
Arrive in beautiful Noosa and check into your accommodation, at Little Cove Court you’re moments from the shore of Little Cove Beach, and tucked into the Noosa National Park rainforest. This makes for a tranquil, secluded stay that’s a little luxurious.
A Toast To Your Holiday
Take the easy 8-minute stroll along the beach boardwalk to Hastings Street. For an unbelievable sunset cocktail overlooking Noosa Main beach, we recommend heading to Bistro C – we recommend their Chilli Coconut Margarita, or an Ibiza Spritz!
Enjoy A Casual Dinner
After travelling to Noosa, you’ll want a casual first night and a delicious dinner before retiring to your apartment. Our favourite no-fuss dinner on Hastings Street is a pizza from El Capitano – either book a table and dine in while you tap your feet to great live music or grab your pizza to go and have a picnic on the beach. Top it off with an ice cream from the famous Massimo’s Gelateria before strolling back to Little Cove.
Day 2
Take A Walk & Grab A Coffee
Start the day right with some exercise – there is no better way to explore Noosa than to walk the Noosa National Park trail. For those wanting a decent hike, take the path all the way to Hells Gate – for those who want a leisurely walk, go to Tea Tree Bay and back! Once you’ve got your walk/run in, head to Hastings Street and stop in at Noosa Social for a coffee and croissant.
Jump On The Ferry
Head to the Noosa Ferry stop behind the Sofitel, and hop on and off the Ferry down the Noosa River. Enjoy the ride all the way down the river where you will come across the Noosa Marina. Browse the local boutiques and art galleries before jumping back on the Ferry and cruising up the river.
Dine On The River
We highly recommend stopping at the Noosa Boathouse for a lunch on the water. The Ferry conveniently stops close by, meaning you can enjoy lunch and hop back on and ride back to Hastings Street. Choose from their seasonal menu of fresh ingredients, one of our favourite dishes is ‘Today’s Catch’ – the Chef’s fish of the day served with Thai panang curry, tomato, gympie beans, peanuts and rice.
Make The Most Of Your Apartment
Come back to your apartment and simply relax. Take a dip in the heated resort pool, or sit on your balcony and take in the view while you dive into your holiday read. Little Cove Court apartments are made for relaxation and have everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home.
Dress Up For Dinner
Make the most of your holiday and get dressed up for a nice dinner! Some of our favourite Hastings Street restaurants for a special occasion are Locale and Sails. Locale is a moody, dimly-lit Italian restaurant, offering handmade pasta, traditional antipasti, delicious mains and an impressive selection of wines. Sails is on the beachfront and has been a Noosa favourite for many years. Sails specialises in Australian cuisine, while keeping a strong focus on fresh, seasonal produce – they also offer a great wine and drinks menu!
Day 3
Take A Morning Swim
Have a swim at Little Cove Beach, just moments from your apartment. Take in the salty air and reset for the day ahead. If you’d rather go for a walk, try heading down to the Noosa Woods and Spit, there are many beautiful paths and waterways to explore.
Explore Peregian Beach
Jump in the car, catch a local bus, or book a transfer down the road to the seaside town of Peregian Beach. Explore the fantastic array of local boutiques, and try an almond croissant from the French patisserie (you will not regret it)!
Enjoy Lunch At Sunshine Beach
As you’re coming back to Noosa Head, stop in at the Sunshine Beach surf club for lunch. The club offers stunning views of the beach and a great atmosphere for you to enjoy a modern pub feed and your favourite beverage.
Relax With A Massage
Relax even more into holiday mode and book a massage at Sensaura Day Spa. You’ll find it in the Bay Village on Hastings Street. Opt for a relaxation, remedial or hot stone massage to unwind and recharge – or book in a package and take the time to immerse yourself in the spa experience with a massage, facial, exfoliation combination.
Head Out For Cocktails & Dinner
It’s time to let your hair down, visit the ambient Knock Knock bar and choose from an extensive menu of signature cocktails, wines, beers and spirits. After a couple of sundowners, stroll along Hastings Street to Bang Bang, a popular Asian fusion restaurant who’s dishes pack a flavoursome punch! Our favourites on the menu include Kingfish Sashimi, Whole Fried Snapper, Kao Soi and their delicious Roti.
