The lower entry level is home to all four bedrooms. The expansive master suite features a Queen bed, a large dressing area, luxurious ensuite with shower, double vanity and separate toilet, plus a private balcony with ocean views, lounge area and TV. The second bedroom also offers a Queen bed, TV, private balcony and ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom includes a Queen bed, while the fourth bedroom features a Double bed and TV. The main bathroom includes a full-size bath, and a separate laundry is also located on this level.
All bedrooms are fitted with ducted air conditioning and remote-controlled ceiling fans, with the exception of the fourth bedroom, which features a ceiling fan only. Travertine flooring throughout helps keep the apartment naturally cool during the warmer months.
